The group interests are represented by the following:

TeSik Decking

TeSik Decking is involved in the manufacturing, supply and installation of innovative precast products.

TeSik Distributors

TeSik Distributors is involved in the supply, fit and distribution of innovative technology. We offer products, bespoke services and turnkey solutions within the built environment.

Consultancy & Advisory

TeSik Group has controlling interests in AIJ Consulting Engineers & Infrastructure Managers (Pty) Ltd and RCE Consultants Namibia (Pty) Ltd.

Renewable Energy & Battery Storage

TeSik Group's founders have interests in the Renewable Energy (REN) sector which we strongly believe is an effective solution to the sustainable power supply in Namibia and the region. TeSik, through its shareholders, is the majority owner of Omukwa Renewable Energy (Pty) Ltd (ORE) which is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) targeting Namibia & SADC for the development of REN initiatives. ORE has signed a 10MWac Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NORED and the project is at an advanced stage of development with commercial operation date (CoD) set for 2026.
